Community Impact
It only takes a few conversations within the Restore community to realize that we are committed to generosity and service in the context of relationships. This is seen in how we live our lives and interact in the community.
For the 2011 Christmas Season, Generosity::Can is partnering with the Great Falls Optimist Club, the Holiday Coalition, Restore Community Church, and Local schools to provide families in need with Target Gift Cards and Toys.
Your family can get involved by:
- Purchasing Target Gift cards that will go directly to our local schools to be distributed to families who need help purchasing medicines, food, clothing and holiday gifts.
- Buy a new toy ($10-$20 in value) for a child, newborn-age 16. All toys will be given to the Holiday Coalition.
- Bring your Target Gift Cards and/or New Toys on one of the below drop off dates
Drop off information:
- Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 8:00 – 9:30am at the Cascades Corner Bakery to drop off your gift and enjoy a coffee and muffin on us!
- Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 7:00 – 8:30pm at the Cascades Starbucks to drop off your gift and enjoy a coffee on us!
- Sunday, December 4 and Sunday, December 11 from 9:36 – 11:30am at Restore Community Church meeting at the Regal Cinema on Route 7 in Sterling, VA

Restore faith community is a missional Bible based church committed to partnering with Jesus to restore people in their relationships with God and others. We deeply believe it is time for the church to leave the building to actively share God's love and generosity in tangible ways. This transformation is happening throughout Northern Va in the communities of Sterling, Herndon, Leesburg, Ashburn, Great Falls, Reston, Dulles and beyond.
