Community Impact
Hundreds of children in Sterling get their basic nutritional needs met from school lunches.
During Spring Break, these children will go hungry.
We are partnering with EnrichNOVA::Generosity Can and Loudoun County Schools to bring hundreds of school children enough food to last them a week.
These children need your help!
Get involved…
1) collect the following food items:
- juice boxes
- cups of fruit
- beeferoni or spaghetti
- individual serving size cereal boxes or cereal bars
- non-refridgerated milks
- granola bars
- individual pack of cookies
- fruit snacks or strips
2) bring your food to Restore at the Countryside Regal Cinema in Sterling, on Sundays March 14 and 21 between 9:36 and 11:15am
3) help pack and deliver boxes of food to the children’s families on Sunday Morning, March 28, from 9:36 to 11:59am
This is a family opportunity! Children as young as 3 years old can participate. Onsite child care will be provided during the preparation and packing of meals.
