Klabunde FamilyRon Klabunde :: Lead Pastor ::

Some of my friends call me the extreme pastor. This grows out of my passion for rock climbing, back country skiing, mountain biking, and trail running. The pleasure I find in these activities comes by experiencing them with my wife, kids, and friends.

For me, Restore is a 10 year dream in the making – the dream of seeing the church leave the building to actively share God’s extravagant love in practical ways. I love what God is doing through the people of Restore and am thrilled to be part of the story.

Box FamilyAaron Box :: Networking Pastor ::

Having grown up in a diverse, and skeptical west coast culture, I spent years dreaming of a church that transcended religious traditions and rituals, loved people no matter where they came from and simply focused on following Jesus every day.  After years spent working with people both in and out of churches, I realized I was not alone in this dream.  In August, my family sold our home, packed up our belongings and moved 3000 miles in order to see this dream realized here in Sterling.

I love my role at Restore because it is simple – help connect people to one another in meaningful ways, and walk alongside others as we seek together to know Jesus more intimately.  Email me if you would like to share a cup of coffee and connect – this is my passion.

Jack Grace :: Micro-church Pastor ::

Jack and his wife Debbie had been praying for a new church in Northern Virginia for years and are thrilled that Restore is the answer to their prayers!  Jack has experience as an Associate Pastor of a church in Northern Virginia and now works full time in mortgage banking.  His passion is seeing Restore reach it’s full potential as a community that introduces people to God’s message of love and forgiveness in Jesus.  Jack and Debbie are the parents of four fantastic children who are also loving Restore’s kids ministry.  Jack prays and dreams of a day when more churches in America catch of vision for expressing God’s extravagant love through practical and tangible service.

Bruce Lang :: Micro-church Pastor ::

Bruce and his wife Cindy moved to the Northern Va area 10 years ago after spending a couple of years in Amsterdam.  They have been married for over 26 years and have four kids.   Bruce works for an international consulting firm and spends his free time coaching (especially soccer) and looking for a good tennis match. Bruce and Cindy are passionate about community and the impact it can have on those who experience God's love through relationships that are transformational and grace-imbued (and Bruce believes that food should always be a part of that!)

Dana Preston :: Communications Coordinator ::

I'm a straight-forward kind of gal, so I can truly appreciate how Jesus connected with people-simply. He put on his sandals, walked outside, and started talking to people. I long for simple relationships within the community. Just talking to people, being helpful, and being unexpectedly generous with your time and talents can really touch those around you. I believe all people have the same needs: to be noticed, valued, appreciated, and connected. I'm so glad I can help be a part of that goal here at Restore, whether it be serving on Sundays, in the offices, or out in my neighborhood. I'd love to hang out with you. I have been married to Shawn since 2004 and we have two kids, Zachary and Aria.
