In the same way athletes train to reach physical goals, we need spiritual training partners to provide encouragement, pacing and motivation for spiritual growth. To this end, we encourage and empower Spiritual Triads.
What does a Spiritual Triad look like?
Spiritual Triads are groups of three people who committed to meeting together weekly to help each another grow in their relationship with Jesus. This size is small enough to make scheduling easy, but large enough to give good interaction and support. Triads are of the same gender but can be of varying ages and stages of life.
How do I choose my Spiritual Triad?
The best way to find good triad is simply to ask a couple poeple to join you in discovering God. In other words, your best option is just try it out for a while with a couple others that share some of your spiritual goals.
